If you are thinking about exhibiting at the Water Equipment Show 2020, you will find lots of useful information below. To exhibit at the conference, you need to be a member of the Pump Centre. Members get a standard exhibition space free of charge as part of their membership.
Booking an Exhibition Stand:
If you would like to book exhibition space for our 2020 show, please contact Karen Bridgeman (01925 964030) to discuss available stand locations. Once your stand location is agreed, please complete the Exhibition Stand Booking Form and the Terms & Conditions Acceptance letter which will be sent to you.
The completed form and signed letter should then be returned to Karen Bridgeman.
Exhibitor Pack
The exhibitor pack for the Water Equipment Show 2020 will be available here shortly. The pack will give you all the details you need as an exhibitor and explains what is provided with your Exhibition stand, what is not included and what optional extras are available for an additional fee.

Health & Safety
During event set-up and event breakdown, the Exhibition Hall is classed as a construction area. For anyone to access the Exhibition Hall during these times they must wear both a hi-viz jacket/waistcoat and safety shoes. For more details, please see the exhibitor pack.

Pre-Event Conference Dinner: Wednesday 13th May 2020
On the evening prior to the conference, the Pump Centre hosts a special Conference Dinner for Pump Centre members and their invited guests. In 2020, the dinner takes place on Wednesday, 13 May 2020. The evening is a relaxed cordial affair, consisting of a three-course meal with evening entertainment. The dress code for the meal is smart casual.
